Registration Instructions - How the App works

Student Sign Up

1) Download the app

2) Click Sign Up option on the welcome screen

3) Select "User" option

4) Fill in your details: Full Name, Email, Phone, choose a Password and submit the data by clicking "Signup" button at the bottom

5) You will be sent a verification code to the email you used to create the account Retrieve and Enter the code to verify your account

5) Once your account is verified, you can login and start using the app

Using the App

1) Search for Instructors by Area, City, PostCode or by Name of Company

2) Click on the desired Instructor from the list and you will be shown their full details

5) If you are ready to book, click on Book Now button at the bottom of the page and you will be taken to appointment booking page.
Just select the desired date and time, enter your address and click on Book button. That's it, your lesson is booked

6) You can see your newly booked appointment from the "Appointments" option at the bottom of Home Page. You will be able to text or call your instructor from the app.

7) At the end of your lesson, simply pay your Instructor through the app using a credit/debit card or alternatively you may pay in cash.

Instructor Sign Up

1) Download the app

2) Click Sign Up option on the welcome screen

3) Select "Business" option.
Fill in all your details as well as your business info, including hourly rate, address, opening hours,closing hours and telephone

4) We encourage you to upload an image and also enter a good description for your business to attract attention

4) Verify your account by entering the verification code that will be sent to your email address

5) Once your account is verified, you can login

6) The first time you login into Mozmi, you will see a "Register with Stripe" link. Stripe is the payment gateway we use to process credit and debit card payments as well as monthly subscriptions.

  • Please click on the "Register with Stripe" link and complete your registration on Stripe.

  • As part of the Stripe registration and verification process, various details will need to be provided. Please take your time and complete all info as requested by stripe.

  • Your account with Stripe is separate from your Mozmi account.

  • Please Note: Your registration on Mozmi platform is not complete until you have successfully registered with Stripe.
    Both credit card payments and your profile visibility on Mozmi require a valid Stripe account.

8) Once you have registered with Stripe, you can go back to Mozmi platform and you will be given an option for a free trial on Mozmi.
You may opt for the free trial or you may want to sign up straightaway, it is entirely your choice

Using the App

  • Using the app could not be any simpler.

  • Once your business profile is visible, users can automatically schedule appointments with your business through the Mozmi Platform

  • You will be sent a notification each time a booking is made

  • All your bookings are displayed by date on your account home page

  • You can add Manual bookings by clicking "Add Booking" for blocking out certain hours or for bookings received outside of the Mozmi platform

  • If you would like to hide your availability or to stop users from scheduling automatic bookings through Mozmi, you can
    toggle the "Closed for appointment bookings" option on the home screen. This can be used for holidays or for emergencies,etc

  • Each appointment will display user details such as name, telephone and address

  • You are free to contact user via sms or direct call

  • You may cancel an appointment by clicking the Cancel button against a booking

  • At the end of the lesson, user can pay you using credit or debit card or in cash

  • Only users who pay using a credit card will be able to leave a review. This is deliberate and allows us to verify genuine customers
